How do I contact Estimax?
Call 0494 695 676, email info@estimax.com.au or send an enquiry using the form on this page. Include a brief description of what you need and the best details for us to reach you.
Can I send project documents with my enquiry?
Yes. Upload the available plans, specifications, marked-up drawings or other relevant documents with the form. You can send construction drawings even if the project information is not yet complete.
Can I contact Estimax outside business hours?
Yes. You can submit an online enquiry or email your documents outside business hours, including weekends and public holidays. Your request will be received for review, with a response arranged as soon as reasonably possible.
Do you respond on weekends?
Our Saturday business hours are 9:00am – 3:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. You can still submit enquiries at any time, but an immediate out-of-hours response is not guaranteed.
What happens if I submit documents on a public holiday?
Your online enquiry and uploaded documents are received for review. Estimax will identify the appropriate team member to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Public holidays are outside our business hours.
What types of files can I upload?
The form accepts PDF, Word, Excel, DWG, DXF and image files in JPG, PNG or WebP format. You can upload up to 5 files, with a maximum of 10 MB per file and 20 MB combined.
Can I contact Estimax about more than one service?
Yes. Include the different areas of support you need in one enquiry. For example, your project may need estimating, sports drawings and tender documentation support. We will review the requirements together.
Do you provide services Australia-wide?
Yes. Estimax provides digital services across Australia, supporting metropolitan, regional and remote projects through electronic document exchange and project coordination.
Do I need to know exactly which service I need before contacting you?
No. Tell us what you are working on, the project stage and what you need help with. We will review the information and help identify the appropriate next step.
Can I send a tender for review?
Yes. Send the tender documents, closing date and a brief outline of the support you need. Estimax will review the enquiry and clarify the relevant scope before work begins.
Can I send drawings for estimating or shop drawing services?
Yes. You can upload project drawings and explain whether you need estimating, sports field or court drawings, or another agreed drawing output. Existing PDFs, CAD files and marked-up plans can help us understand the request.
How quickly will someone respond?
Response time depends on the enquiry and when it is received. Estimax will review the request and allocate the appropriate team member as soon as reasonably possible. Please include any relevant project deadline in your message.
